Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Digital downloads only
All products sold by MetalMorph on this store are digital downloads. You will receive the digital files described in the product listing. No physical product, metal item, printed document or parcel will be shipped to you. Product photos and renderings show what can be made using the files; they do not mean a finished object is included.
How your files are delivered
After your payment is confirmed, Easy Digital Products provides a download link by email to the address entered at checkout. You can also download your files using the download button on the post-purchase page. Standard catalogue files are supplied automatically, normally immediately after payment confirmation. Pending payment verification or a technical interruption can delay access.
There is no shipping charge, postal tracking number, courier delivery or physical delivery address requirement for these downloads. Billing details may still be requested for payment verification or tax purposes. Any separately agreed custom design work will have its own delivery schedule.
Worldwide availability
Our digital products are offered worldwide, subject to applicable law and payment-provider restrictions. Because delivery is electronic, there is no physical customs shipment. Applicable digital sales taxes or VAT may still apply and will be reflected in the checkout total as required by law.
No expiry or download limit
Your downloads have no expiry date and no limit on the number of downloads. Keep your purchase email and save a backup of your files. If a download link becomes unavailable, contact us with your order details so we can help restore access. Access may end if the purchase is cancelled, fully refunded or the licence is lawfully terminated.
Opening and using your files
An internet connection and compatible software are required. ZIP packages must be extracted before use. DXF files require compatible CAD, CAM or cutting software; PDF files, when included, require a PDF reader. A computer is recommended for downloading, extracting and preparing fabrication files. Check the product description for included formats and technical specifications.
If your download is missing or does not work
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout. If the download button is missing, a link fails, or the files cannot be opened, email metalmorph.design@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help you access the purchased files. Non-delivery and faulty files remain subject to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer rights.
