Refund and Returns Policy

Digital products
MetalMorph sells downloadable digital files for metal fabrication, including DXF files and, where specified in the product listing, PDF plans or other digital resources. No physical product is supplied. Digital files cannot be physically returned.
Cancellations before download
If you have not downloaded any file included in the product you wish to cancel, you may request cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid for that product, including applicable taxes. Email metalmorph.design@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email address. Please do not download the files after submitting your cancellation request.
We will check the download history for the relevant product. An email being sent or a download link becoming available does not, by itself, mean that you have downloaded a file. For a bundle sold as one product, downloading any included file means that the bundle has been downloaded. Separately purchased, undownloaded products remain eligible for cancellation.
After download
Once you have downloaded a file, we do not accept change-of-mind refunds, returns or exchanges for that product. This includes purchasing the wrong design, changing your plans, or expecting a physical item when the listing clearly identified a digital download. This restriction applies only where permitted by law and does not remove the rights explained below.
File problems and support
If a file is corrupt, incomplete, inaccessible, or does not match its description, contact metalmorph.design@gmail.com. Include your order number, the affected file name, a description of the problem and, where useful, screenshots and the software you are using. We will investigate and help restore access or provide a corrected or replacement file, as appropriate.
We will resolve confirmed defects within a reasonable time, without charge and without significant inconvenience. Where applicable law requires a price reduction, refund or other remedy, we will provide it. A download does not remove these rights, and support is not a substitute for a legally required remedy. Some serious defects can entitle you to an immediate remedy without repeated repair attempts.
If a product differs from your personal expectations but matches its description and applicable legal requirements, the change-of-mind rule above applies. We are still happy to discuss the issue with you.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where EU, EEA or UK consumer withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw from a digital-content purchase without giving a reason, unless that right has been validly lost. Longer periods or additional protections apply where required by law.
For immediate digital delivery, loss of that right requires your prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that beginning supply causes you to lose the withdrawal right, and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, such as email. Merely accepting general terms or receiving a link does not replace these requirements. If they have not been met, this policy does not take away a withdrawal right that remains available to you.
Our voluntary cancellation policy still allows a refund before any file for the relevant product has been downloaded, even where the law would permit a narrower cancellation right.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to metalmorph.design@gmail.com before the applicable deadline. You may use the optional form below, but it is not required. You may also use any electronic withdrawal function provided on our store. Exercising a statutory right does not require you to explain your reasons or obtain our prior permission.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted. We do not charge a refund processing fee. We issue refunds without undue delay; for a valid EU or UK statutory withdrawal, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Other mandatory deadlines remain applicable. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
When a purchase is fully refunded and cancelled, access to the relevant files and the associated licence end. You must stop using those files and delete any copies, subject to applicable law. A price reduction does not, by itself, end the licence.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to non-delivery, faulty digital content or content that is not as described. This applies wherever those protections govern your purchase, including applicable US state law and consumer laws in other countries. Australian consumer guarantees, where applicable, cannot be excluded by a no-refund policy.
